Return & Cancellation Policy

Return Policy:

Our return policy is variable depending on the specific product ordered on from us, please see return policy for each of the product types below.

RTA Kitchen & Bathroom Cabinets – RTA (Ready to Assemble) cabinets may be returned within 14 days of receipt. You will be responsible for a 25% restocking fee and the shipping cost to send back to the manufacturer. You can also choose to drop off the return at our store.

The item must be returned in the original unopened box, and received by the manufacturer in good condition to receive credit.

Assembled Kitchen & Bathroom Cabinets – Assembled Kitchen and & Bathroom cabinets cannot be returned for any reason due to our manufacturer’s policies. For that reason, it is important to check all measurements before ordering to ensure you are ordering the correct pieces. If an assembled item is damaged, it will be replaced for the same item only.

Once your order has gone into production at the warehouse, the order cannot be cancelled or modified for any reason.

Sample doors are not excluded from our return policy. They must be returned in their original sealed box, free of any damage. Please note that a 25% restocking fee will apply, and customers will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
