Shipping Policy
Deliveries will be scheduled on the day of your choice. Once the carrier has loaded your delivery they will call you to schedule a time. Depending on the carrier, they will schedule the day after they pick up or the following day.
Someone must be on the property and available to accept the delivery.
Your order will be brought to the shipping address and dropped off outside in the most convenient location. Your cabinets will be wrapped and palleted. The delivery driver is not responsible for breaking down any materials or bringing anything inside. Once everything is inspected and accounted for, you will be asked to sign the POD (proof of delivery) noting any missing or damaged items at the time of delivery.
When Accepting Delivery
It is very important to check each item to ensure that everything on your order has been delivered.
Once the POD form is signed, it is a binding document confirming that everything ordered was delivered that day.
If something is missing after this form has been signed, it is subject to be billable – meaning payment will need to be received before the missing items are delivered.
If there is noticeable damage when you receive your order, this will need to be noted on the POD form and reported to your designer at Cabinet Design and Outlet. Your designer will then put in a replacement request and have the replacement shipped to you on the earliest date.
If there is concealed damage, meaning damage you did not see until unpacking, this will also be reported to your designer, who will then put in a replacement request which will be shipped out on the earliest date.
